The graph illustrated the Touristy Information Office in one city was receiving the number of enquiries over a sixth-month period in 2016.
It is obvious that the number of enquires receiving in person started from the lowest point, just above 400. However, over a two-month period, this number doubled its size to 800 and dramatically jumped, reaching nearly 2000 people coming to Touristy Information Office by June.
Come second is the upward rising trend of telephone enquiries after a slight fall in February. From March to April, the number is unchanged. However, the following month is a threshold of a significant rise, reaching 1600 calls at mid-June.
Unlike phone calls or enqueries receiving in person, letter/email was received by Touristy Information Office dropped remarkably. Initially, it starts with 800 letters/emails in January. Following up is a noticeable fall from roughly 700 to 250 in March and May respectively. By April, the number of letter/email was saturated and showed unchanged over one month up to mid-June 2016.
