The line graph is illustrates how much period of time does children view television in a day from 1950 to 2010.

Overall, it can be manifested that in the initial time children were not merely interested in watching T.V. but as time passes it encounter the upward trend.

To initiate with, in 1950, the hours spent in watching T. V. Was approximately 20 minute. Then, after 10 years, the viewing period rose, albeit slowly, in a constant rate to reach nearly 45 minutes in a day. During 1960-1970, the time spent by children in front of television was cross by one hour with the figures around 1.5 hours. The period of children viewing T. V. rose significantly to hit 4 hours per day in the year 1980.

Secondly. It was observed that there was slight fall in time of children in front of T.V. yet increase to reach to 4 hours between 1980 and 1990. In following years, there was sustain aggravate in watching time to hit the peak 4 hours and 5 minute. After that, there was noticable downward trend in screen time of children to reach nearly 3.5 hours.
