The line graph reveals the change in how many people who traveled Caribbean island over the period from 2010 to 2017. Overall, it is crystal clear that the total number of visitors staying Caribbean island saw remark upward trend. In addition, both the numbers of people who staying on cruise ships and island still significantly increased.
In 2010, three categories in the line graph witnessed low starting point, with 1 million in the total number of visitors, approximately 0.75 million was the number of visitors staying on island. The opposite was true for the figure of people traveling cruise ships was just only under 0.5 million, which exactly 0.25 million. Besides, on the period, the data of tourists who stayed on island in 2011 and 2013 were identical, at 0.5 million. Similarly, the figure for people visiting cruise ships has the same level, stood at 1,5 million both in three years including 2013, 2014 and 2015.
The total number of tourists travelling experienced an upward trend, starting the period at 1 million and finishing at 3.5 millions. This was a massive 2-fold increase, compared with the figure for visitors staying on island. In 2017, how many tourists visiting on cruise ships accounted for 2 millions, which was far higher 0.5 million than the number of people who stayed island and lower 1.5 millions than the total number of visitors.
