from the given graph, it is apparent that both the countries showed an upward trend for few years. The former's population started at around 1000 billions in 2000 and continued to escalate reaching almost 1330 billions by 2020. The pattern continued till 2050, leapfrogging the population of china to hit the highest of 1600 billion. In the case of latter, it began with the population of 1250 billions and escalated to reach a peak of 1440 by 2030. After 2030 , it is predicted to slump down to end with 14 billion population. Both these countries is fortelled to merge in 2030.
In a nutshell, both India and China is predicted see a rise in population by 6 billion and 2 billion respectively by the end of 5 decades.
