the line graph depicts the number of goods transported by four variuos of transportation in United Kingdom into 8 years measures in million tonnes.
As can be seen, almost all of transportations represented a rise dramatically except rail way transportation while distributed by pipeline was the lowest during the times.
The number of goods carried out by road increased at the beginning of the year but then made up some fluctuations until 1998 and entered a slightly rise by the end of period, while the figure for water transportation presented upward dramatically through 1982 and remain steady before picked up in 2002. However, rail way transportation experienced a significant decrease during all of periods whilst transported by pipeline grew steadily for the most of the year and remained stable in the last.
Started at 40, water transportation came second but becoming third in the last year contrast to distribution by rail way at 60. Nevertheless, distributed by pipeline were smaller than road way ones becoming the highest proportion.
