However, ownership rate's increase sharply according to 2 + cars of ownership, throughout the period exceeding the other two rates of ownership of car in 1991 and 1981 and this figure reached 50% in the end of the period. The proportion of people in the case of one percent of the car remained steady until 2001.

In detail, the person of people who had no cars started with high proportion that is 70%, but by the end of the period it fall to approximately 0% in the year 2001. However 2+ cars owners begin with up to 0% percent and increased shaply untill around 1971 and reached to 50% in the end of the period.
