Overall, it is clear that there was so much changes between 3 cities during the time shown. The international conferences organizing in city A and B were constant decline. By contrast, this case in city C quite common, especially at the end of the term.
In 1980, city A and B started with the respective number of international conferences 35 and 30. Over next 10 years, this figure saw a sight drop and continuously decrease into around 25 times in both cities at the end of the time.
In 1980, no international conferences hosting in city C. But there was a significant increase in 1990 with 20 times be hosted. And this number reached a peak of 35 times in 2000. And finally, it went minimal down in 2010 but still higher than in city A and B
