In 1990, Saudi Arabia produces well over 8 million barrels per day, and this rose significantly to a little above 12 million barrels per day in 2005 before soaring to just above 14 million barrels per day by the year 2010.In contrast, the lowest oil producing nation was Qatar at under 1 million barrels per day throughout the given period, although there was a modest increase in 2000.
Meanwhile, Oil production capacity in Iran increases gradually from 3 million barrels per day to slightly above 4 million barrels per day in 2010. Although the production of oil tended to rise in Iraq, Kuwait and UAE between 1990 and 2010, their production capacity reached under 4 million barrels per day by the year 2010.
In conclusion, Saudi Arabia oil production capacity outstripped all other countries, while Qatar produced the least barrels in the period covered in bar chart.
