The line graph represents the data of the number of passengers using Underground Station in London throughout the day.
The number of passengers in Underground Station varies quite a bit depending on the time of the day. Maximum rush can be seen during the morning and evening peak hours at 8 am and 6 pm respectively. While the lowest number of passengers can be observed at early morning 6 am and late afternoon 4 pm.
Early in the morning, only a small number of people as few as 100 uses the Underground Station. But the number increases rapidly in coming two hours to a highest of 400 at 8 am. The number of passengers drops by 200 within next two hours and fluctuates between 200 and 300 for next 5 hours. Then it suddenly drops to the lowest of 100 again at 4 pm and quickly rises to a top at 6 pm with almost 370 passengers. It again decreases in next two hours and almost stays at about 150 for next few hours.
It can be seen from the provided graph that there is a significant similarity in data from the morning and the evening. The number of people increases from the lowest and reaches the highest in two hours, from 6 to 8 in the morning and from 16 to 18 in the evening. Furthermore, after rising to the top, the graph declines to more than half the number in both of the cases.
