The both bar chart in combination describe the main causes of studying of people at different ages and about the support they receive form their workplace for studying.
Overall, as the first bar chart describes, people from below 40 age groups have major reason of studying to develop career, however, after 40 mainly people study to fulfill their interest.
To begin with, student under 26 mainly go to the university for their career, which is almost 80% and highest percentage among all age group, whereas, only around 10% people study for their interest . while in 26-29 age group, the proportion recorded for career and interest are approximately 70% and 15% respectively. Similarly, in 30-39 age group also career exceed interest by roughly 40%, but in 40-49 age group both causes was accounted at same level almost 40%. After 49 age, people join educational institution to fulfill their interest, so nearly 70% was noted for interest, whereas, only under 20% was for the career as per the given chart.
Furthermore, the second bar graph illustrates the percentage of employer support to study for every age group. The younger age group receive more support than other age group, by above 60% and lowest was just 30%, which is for 30-39 age group. Moreover, 50% support was recorded for the 26-29 age group, which is also second highest. While 40-49 and over 49 employer support by under 40% and just above 40% respectively.
