To have good health or a balanced body, we need to have a reasonable, healthy diet. Looking at the three charts in, we can see that there are three substances that are carbohydrates, proteins and fats, along with three groups of diets: average, healthy diet, healthy diet for people play sports.
For the average diet, the ratio is 4:4:2 for carbohydrates, protein, and at least fat. A healthy diet consists of 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 20% fat. With a healthy diet for sports, of course, the percentage of fat will account for the least, because exercising, in addition to wanting to be healthy, we also need a toned and slim body, so it's only 15%, protein 25 percent and carbohydrates 50 percent.
In short, carbohydrates are an essential substance for the body, almost always accounting for close to or equal to 50%, for protein and fat, we can change the ratio to suit the body and health of each person.
