The flow chart below provides information about how chocolate develop in liquid form by raw seeds grown on trees.
If we summarized whole chocolate making process, its ten step process from which first five steps are agricultural and farmer handle, one step transportation and last four points describes the industrial processing to fluid like chocolate.
The coco trees cultivate in South America, Africa and Indonesia which bear coco fruit on ripening converted into red pods. These coco seeds remove from plants and harvest to remove outer covering for finding white cocoa beans. Next step to fermentation of beans and after ferment them dried in sunlight to dry moisture, which help it prevent from degradation. After that storage of beans occurs in large sacks store. All these initial processes are farmer responsibility before transporting to factories in large trucks and lorry.
From now onward industrial part of making chocolate starts. In factory bean roasted at 350 degree which convert into beans brown from white. Then roasted beans put into crusher where crushing occurs and outer shell removed. And inner softer part pressed and liquefied form of chocolate produce.
