The line graph highlights the amount of query made by customers regarding tourist information from January 2001 to Jun 2001. Generally, people preferred to get information using email, telephone or contacting agency in person.
With regards, persons inquired using telephones, it initiated from 800 in January 2001 and then inclined drastically and reached its zenith point around 1100 in June 2001. At the beginning, clients who approached in person were less compared to people who gathered information using telephones but at the end of the period the information gathered by public through contacting them in person surpassed the people who contacted company using telephones.
However the way of obtaining knowledge through email went through many fluctuation. Moreover, mass who gained the information using electronic message or letter stood at around 600 before declining significantly to about 200 messages.
Overall, Contacting tourist corporate in person was the favored by the clients rather then communicating them through telephone are Electronic messages.
