It can be seen that for all figures the overall trend was upward. In addition, the amount of coffee exported in Brazil was the highest in the last 8 years.
Turning to the chart for more detail, in 2002, the amount of coffee exported in Costa Rica started the period at about 15 kilograms, which was slightly higher than that of Brazil, at 12 kilograms. It then dropped dramatically to around 7 kilograms in 2006 when Brazil witnessed a minimally increased to about 15 kilograms in its period. Over the next 6 years, the amount of coffee exported in Costa Rica increased significantly and finished the period at around 20 kilograms, while that of Brazil was slightly higher, at 25 kilograms.
Regarding the other country, in 2002, the amount of coffee which was exported in Colombia began the period at around 5 kilograms, its then rose significantly to about 12 kilograms in 2006. Over the next 6 years, it rose dramatically and finished the period at about 15 kilograms after witnessed a significant dropped to around 2 kilograms in 2008.
