Moreover, unemployment rate in rest of england showed a continous decrease from the year 1994 to 2004, later on, it had been climbed to a fifth.
As far as trend was concerned, less than a fifth percent unemployed rate of overall london was declined to less than one in ten percent in the year 1997. Apart from that, it almost remained stable till the year 2005. Futhermore, overall rest of england was firstly had 10% of umemployment rateand it had followed a declined trend and during the year 2008 to 2012, it was constant.
