The graph below shows Internet Users as percentage of population in USA, Mexico and Canada from 1999 to 2009
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparison where relevant.

The line graph compares the proportions of Internet Users in the population in the USA, Mexico and Canada over a 10-year period from 1999 to 2009.
Overall, there was an upward trend in the percentage of Internet Users in these three countries from 1999 to 2009. Over the period, Mexico had the lowest percentage of Internet Users in population while utilizing the Internet was likely to be more common in the USA and Canada.
In 1999, USA dominated among three countries towards the percentage of Internet Users, at 20%, while the percentage of Mexican Internet Users was negligible, at approximately 5%. With 10% Internet Users in population, Canada was in the middle of USA and Mexico on the graph shown in 1999. And yet, Canada saw the dramatic growth in Internet User percentage and quickly overtook the USA in 2002 as the dominant country which had the highest rate in terms of Internet Users.
From 2002, the proportion of Internet Users in Mexican population rose gradually to 40% in 2009. In a while, the percentage of Internet Users in American population considerably increased until 2005, at 70%, and then levelled off, a rise of a mere 10% over the next 4 years. By contrast, the number of Internet Users in Canada phenomenally grew and eventually widespread in the whole nation.
