The graph compares different kinds of reasons in terms of the percentage of immigration and emigration in the UK in 2007.
As can be seen from the chart , the most significant reason which made people come and leave out was definite job while looking for work and formal study occupy less percentage.
A closer look at the data revealed that the proportions of immigration in definite job and formal study were 30% and 26% respectively , as opposed to 29% and 4% for emigration. Similarly , 15% of total immigration in accompany/join , in comparison with 13% for emigration.
It is noticeable that the figure for emigration in looking for work was 22% , was 11% higher than that for immigration . In a similar way, the percentage of emigration in no reason started occupied 18%, was three times as high as that of immigration. 14% of total emigration and 11% of total immigration in other reasons
