This map illustrates the situation of the village of Stokeford in 1930 and 2010.
It is clear from the map that the rural area was transformed into a residential area. As we can see that all the farmlands were replaced to houses.
Another big change is the replacement of the large house with its gardens to a retirement house. But trees remained. Post office was not changed either. But shops were demolished from the village.
The number of streets have been increased during the time. And almost all of the houses were build along these streets.
As it is shown, the primary school had got twice its size.
