The map below shows three proposed sites for a new hypermarket (A, B and C) in the city of Pellington.Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and making comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.

The given map illustrates three potential locations for constructing a new hypermarket in Pellington city.

Overall, it can be seen that three sites locate in different parts of the city. While site A is in the residential area, sites B and C are located the rural region of the city.

The first potential location (A) is situated in the housing area and near to the industrial zone. This makes it accessible to the residents nearby and others who travel by train or cars as it is in close proximity to the railway and traffic-free zone. The second suggested site, B, is located quite far from the residential area as well as the industrial zone. It is only close to a freeway running through the countryside and industry region, which is a disadvantage in attracting city shoppers.

Finally, the last site (C) is in close proximity to the housing and industrial areas as well as the railway passing through the city center. This proposed location seems reachable for not only city shoppers but also suburban ones. Additionally, as it is sited in the countryside, it would able to accommodate a lot of car parking.
