In the future, there will be two new residential areas; southern and northern ones. The northern ones will be provided with myriad facilities, such as: car parking, mall, and bus station. Furthermore, the southern ones will be close to a spatially alleviated natural garden. The shops will also be emerged innto a shopping center, and the old main road will be utilized as a pedestrian access, which is directly connected to the city's features.
