The maps illustrate the changes that have occurred in the plan of Clowick Arts Center from 2005 to the present.
Overall, the premises has been changed dramatically. The most noticeable alteration is the conversion of the wasteland into an outdoor exhibition area. In addition, several major changes have been made to the infrastructure.
In 2005, a wasteland was located on the south of the arts center; however, it has been replaced with an exhibition and performance area with a stage in the center, and a lot of greeneries in the surrounding space.
In terms of the main building, a central exhibition area has been added by relocating the concert hall/cinema. Now, the concert hall and the cinema are separate buildings, which are located on the right and in the north of the venue respectively. The concert hall now stands in the place of gallery 1 and gallery 2, which have now been relocated to the left as a single gallery. The snack bar has been demolished and 2 meeting rooms have been built with a new drama studio between them and the cinema. Furthermore, a new café has been added to the south of the gallery, while the toilet has been relocated to the south of the concert hall. However, the information desk has been remained unchanged over the period.
