The given maps illustrate the present construction of Norbitor industrial area and proposed plans for its renovation.
Overall, this area is expected to experience significant changes with the building of housing. Besides, the expansion of roads will be to connect to the north West and north of town. At present, there is a roundabout to link a street to the South and a street to the East, along with industrial areas at the both side and the end of the latter. In future, these factories will be destroyed to make way for housing, school at the end of the street and the extra construction of playground to the North. At the top of the map, a short road will be constructed to connect to new residential areas across a river by a new bridge.
To the North West of the map, another road will be build to link to housing areas which are located in the end and the one side of this street. At the bottom left corner, there is a plan to erect the shops which is opposite the medical center to the South East of roundabout.
