The maps show the significance changes that constructed in the village of Stokeford between the year 1930 and 2010.
The village in 1930 had only several houses along the main road started from the bridge on the North with plenty arable land for farming purposes. But, after 80 years, the main road got splitted into different branches. Both of the farmland that located in the North and near the river stoke got completely demolished and replaced with houses, likewise, primary school got extended and 2 new buildings built attached across each other to the main building. In addition to that, shops, where built besides the post office, also got removed and turned into numerous of houses. Lastly, the garden area got cut into half, again, replaced by houses. In 2010, the large houses from 1930 turned into retirement home and also got 2 extended buildings in both sides. Apparently, houses were additionaly added along the main road that went to South.
