The given maps sheds light on the various changes which has happened to Felixstone Town since 1967.
The Felixstone Town map of 1967 there is a High street which goes towards the north of the town, on its left of there is a row of shops followed by a huge farmland and on the right of the High street again there is a row of shops followed by a Golf course. On the south side of the town is the sea and just before it is a Marina, a Boat can also be seen docked at the Pier which is connected to the Marina. On the East side of the town just opposite to the Farmland there is a Fish market. There is a Hotel on the central region of the town and beside it is a Cafe, on the west of the town we see few Dunes and on the extreme west we see trees.
In 2001 map the area in the south and east parts of the town covered by Marina, Pier and Fish market have been reconstructed and split between two different beaches, Private and Public beach. There has been a Car Park added to the Hotel, but the Cafe has remained same. On the south-west there are few Wind Turbines constructed by replacing some of the Dunes. The Farmland which was on the extreme right of the High street has been replaced by a Hotel which has a Swimming Pool and two Tennis courts. One of the shopping areas located beside the High street have been demolished and Apartments have been constructed in that area. The Golf course remains in the same location on the North-west of the map.
