The given maps shed light on the various changes which have happened to Felixstone Town since 1967.
In the Felixstone Town map of 1967, there is a High street towards the north of the town; on its left is a row of shops followed by Farmland. On the high street's right is a row of shops followed by a Golf course. On the south side of the town is the sea; just before it is a Marina and Pier. On the East side of the town, just opposite Farmland, there is a Fish market. There is a Hotel in the central region of the town, and besides, it is a Cafe. On the west of the town, we see a few Dunes; on the extreme west, we see trees.
In the 2001 map, the area in the south and east parts of the town covered by the Marina, Pier and Fish market has been reconstructed and split between private and public beaches. A new Car Park has been added to the Hotel, but the Cafe has remained the same. On the southwest, a few Wind Turbines were constructed by replacing some of the Dunes. A hotel has replaced the Farmland on the extreme right of the High street with a Swimming Pool and two Tennis courts. One of the shopping areas beside the High street got replaced by Apartments. The Golf course remains in the exact location on the North-west of the map.
