The maps show two different plans designed for a conference room.
The map illustrates modifications to the layout of an unspecified conference room in two different plans. Overall, it can be seen that the place undergo a complete transformation with various facilities being relocated, replaced or added.
According to plan B, a podium is relocated to roughly in the middle of the room while its position in plan A is now replaced by the morning tea counter instead of staying at the back of the site. Next, the whiteboard is moved next to the podium, closely to the center of the area.
Another major difference to the site in the two plans is the rearrangement of tables and the addition of chairs. The conference room in plan A has 2 tables on each side and there are 3 chairs per table whereas, in plan B, it will be provided 3 additional chairs for each table. the remaining table is positioned to the morning tea position in plan A so that people can have more space to sit and have larger meetings. However, the table is reduced in size compared to in the first plan but it is surrounded by 2 more chairs, which are divided equally on each side of the table. The final notice is the entrance of the conference room which remains unchanged at the top right corner of the area.
