The number of International visitors going to Australia continues to grow, making the Australian government very aware of the importance of its tourism industry.
The chart below shows the spending pattern of these visitors while they are in Australia.
The charts compared the expenses of many tourists come to Australia between 1997 and 1999. Overall, there was an increase in wasting for both education fee and food, drink, and accommodation while the proportion of visitors for shopping saw a decrease over 3 years.
It can be seen from the graphs that the percentage of shopping, chosen by the number of international tourists saw a moderate fall in unusual, 24% and 23% and 20% respectively. Besides, this was the same as transport. 10% of the spending transport of these visitors before it grew slightly to 11% and kept this data in the next year.
On the other hand, food, drink, and accommodation was the most paying of these travellers before rising moderately each year, 34% and 37% and 39% respectively. This was the same as the education fee. Starting at 10% and then, it was a slight increase of 1% each year. Meanwhile, the proportion of organized tour saw a remain stable for 3 years, with 5%.
In conclusion, the amount spent in each category has not changed very over three years.
