Getting back to the details, in 1995, around 100 thousands tourists went to Malaysia, it was approximately two times higher than its was in Dubai (well under 50 thousasnds). Afterwards, from 1996 to 2000, the amounts of holidaymakers in Malaysia rapidly climbed up to over 250 thousands. While that of Dubai observed a fluctuation in the same period and finally reached to the number of around 250 thousands.
Considerably, the quantities of those who pay a visit to both these two places went up to over 300 thousands from 2000 to 2001. Before 2002, the number of travellers spending time visisting Malaysia always hold the first position, however, in 2002, there was the decrease in both two places, and it was over 300 thousands and well under 300 thousands in Dubai and Malaysia successively and the highest position was over taken by Dubai. At the end of the period, in 2003, Dubai rocketed to reach to 400 thousands visitors, however, that of Malaysia continued falling down to just under 250 thousands.
