Overall, it is found that Adolescents spend more time on computer followed by sports and least time is spent on reading. Secondly, among 20-65 year individuals they spend equal time on reading and computer i.e, 30 hours where as for sports and exercise they spend four times more than reading. On the other hand, when elder age individuals off above 66 are considered they give more importance to reading for by spending about 60 hours. However, they spend only half of that time on computer and one-third of duration on games and fitness
