This given graph illustrate the percentage of prescribed amount of fruits and vegetables consumed by male, females and adolescents in the UK in the years 2002, 2006 and 2010.
Predominantly, the overall consumption graph is on the lower side in the year 2002 with men and women consuming at almost a similar percentage and children at the lowest with 11% only.
The highest percentages are shown in the year 2006 with females reaching 32% of consumption alongside men competing with 26%. Also, adolescents with the highest percentage of 18% as compared to the rest of the years.
In the year 2010, the graphs seems to be taking the reverse gear with all percentages going down 24%, 26% and 16% respectively.
If we analyze gender wise, it is an obvious fact that men statistics seems to be stagnant in all these years, whereas women statistics seems to be raising in 2006 and getting down in 2010 again. Similarly, in children case, statistics started from minimal percentage of 11% only with drastic raise to 18% and then diminishing with 2% in the year 2010.
