There are three main stages in this linear process, commencing with collecting the wasted glass bottles and concluding with transporting the new bottles to supermarkets or shops.
The process commenced when the wasted glass bottles are collected to a warehouse, where they are loaded onto trucks for delivery to a glass recycling facility.
Stage two begins with the process of cleaning the bottles with high-pressure water and they are then separated into a clear, green, and brown glass. Next, the bottles are put into a glass factory, where they are broken into pieces of glass. The process continued when the glass pieces are burned in a furnace with a high temperature at 600 to 800 degree Celsius. The recycled glass is now in liquid form, and it is joined with new liquid glass ready for moulding into a bottle shape.
In the final stage, the new bottles are used in different products, ready for sale in supermarkets or shops.
