At the first stage of the process, plastic bottles of various sizes are gathered after which it is delivered to recycling factories by lorries where they are sorted on the shelf and then using a crusher cut plastics into tiny pieces. Next step, these small pellets are washed to remove impurities before being exposed to the sunlight for 10 consecutive hours.
The process continues with dry plastics being added into a big tank where it is boiled to manufacture liquid plastic before being strained. This is followed by a create yarn stage when these mixtures are rolled together to generate the colored thread before being woven into fabric. Finally, the fabric is rolled to make clothes.
