The pictures below show the process of making clothes from recycled plastic bottles.
The given picture illustrates how garment is created from recycled plastic bottles.
From an overall perspective, it is evident that the clothes produced from used bottles project is a linear process which consists of 13 steps. This operation begins with assembling used bottles and culminating with final products such as T-shirt.
The process commences with collecting bottles and transporting these to the factories. In the fourth stage, the assembled bottles are selected and sorted out in order to put into the cutting machine. Next, the manufacturer will wash these used flagons and dry them under the sun for 10 hours.
After being desiccated for 10 hours, these materials are heated, which turns them into liquid components. In the next stage, this work-in-process material is strained and shaped into a mold. Subsequently, this becomes yarn which is ready for sewing and knitting into dressmaking fabric. Finally, after the weaving stage, the fabric is rolled in one axis and delivered to tailors or other businesses so as to manufacture the costume for consumers.
