Overall, the whole process includes three main stages, beginning with the collection of glass bottles and ending with the distribution of them to the supermarket.
In the first stage, wasted glass bottles are collected and transported to the factory for recycling. After reaching the factory, these bottles are cleaned with water under high pressure. Then, they are categorized due to their own colour before being broken into small pieces. Following that, these pieces are burned in a furnace at high temperature from 600 to 800 celsius degree. The resulting recycled liquid glass is mixed with the new one and poured into a glass mould.
In the last stage, the resulting well-shaped glass bottles are delivered to the supermarket and ready for sale.
