The pictures show the process of making cherry jam. Describe the process.
The diagram illustrates different stages of producing cherry jam. Overall, there are 9 significant steps in this process, beginning with the spread of the sheets on the ground and ending with labeling the jam jar.
In the first stage of the process, a sheet is spreaded on the ground and the tree is shaken to get cherries. After that, they collect and transport them to the processing plant. Next, the leaves, stems are removed; and the cherries are washed cleanly with water. Then, the metal spike will take the stone out of the middle of the cherry.
In the next stage of this process, the cherries are cooked with some extra ingredients including sugar, pectin aslong with lemon juice. Following this, experts in this field are invited to check for quality of the finished products. Ultimately, when the jam reaches the safety and quality standards, it is put into jars and labeled.
