The pie chart below shows the main reasons why students chose to study at a particular UK university in 1987 and in 2007. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparison where relevant.

The given pie chart illustrates, how many percentage of students who to choose to study one university in UK because of some exact qualities like, suitable degree courses, good quality of resources, teaching facility, other extra curricular activities, and near to their home town during the year of 1987 and 2007. Units are measured in percentage.

Overall, it is clear that, more percentage of students went there because of the choice of course in both years with 35% and 37% respectively. The least percentage(10%) in 1987 was university which is close to the students home was. while, in 2007 this was rose to 22%. Similarly, only 6% of students who used to college because of good sports services in the year of 2007 as compared to 1987( it was 19%).

On the other hand, students approach to this university related to the quality of teaching was improved in 2007 from 15% to 18%, whereas, quality of resources was decreased from 21% to 17%. Likewise, quality of resources decreased to 17% from 21% as well in the year of 2007.
