The pie chart shows the change of annual spending by local authorities in someland in 1980, 1990and 2000

The pie graphs illustrate the variation model about the level of yearly expense for various fields by regional government in Someland in 1980, 1990 and 2000.

As can be seen from the charts, it is clear evident that patterns of diversity domains' spending varied in the time frame. While the amount used for environmental services witnessed an upward trend, other fields tended to decline. Additionally, both of the percent payment for higher education, transportation and health and human resources were constant changed.

In 1980, the allocation of budget for higher education and health and human resources accounted for 35% and 14% respectively. These figures went up to 45% and 20% in 1980 before having a downward trend in 2000, equivalent to 40% and 10%. Unlike these domains, the proportion of expenditure on transportation was 16% in 1980, then it only had 6% left in 1990 and dramatically climbed to 22% at the end of the period.

In the early stage, the environmental services took for 4% of the total local budget. This number gradually raise to 9% at the end of the studies time. An opposite trend that can be observed from the charts is the percentage of K12-education’s and other fields' fee that were paid by authorities. These costs fall from 25% and 6% to 18% and 1% relatively, marked the decrease in the amount of outlay for them.
