The bar charts illustrate the comparison between five types of books that had been sold by a bookseller from 1972 to 2012.
Overall, the most noticeable thing in all pie charts was that the books about children’s faction and the books about adult faction both are in a clear increase. In addition, while Biography, travel and other books had a slump.
Between 1972 and 1992, the ratios between books sales were not far apart and the percentage was either increasing or decreasing simple. However, the most obvious thing was that the Biography, travel and others books have significantly reduced sales. To this end, by 2012, the three kinds of those books have a reduction for the second time in a row.
However, books that have achieved the best success were children’s faction and adult faction. While the other three kinds of book have a reduction, these two types of books achieve the highest percentage of sales and their percentage could be increased.
