The pie charts below show the result of a survey of children’s activities. The first chart shows the cultural and leisure activities that boys participate in whereas the second chart shows the activities in which the girls participate.

The given pie charts give information about the proportion of children activities. The first chart illustrates the percentage of boy participating in cultural and leisure activities while the second chart depicts the proportion of girl participating in the same activities.
Overall, it can be seen that there are some activities which can be only done by boys such as basketball, soccer, and skateboarding. Conversely, there are some activities only done by girls too (netball, dancing and gymnastic). For others activities, it can be said that computer games are more popular for boys while girls more choose reading to spend their time.
The figure for basketball, soccer, and skateboarding can be only seen in the first chart (boys), and the percentage is 26%, 17%, and 11% respectively. 34% of boys more spend their time to play computer games. In addition, the percentage for computer games is 34%, and it is higher compared to the girl (16%). Only 2% of boys choose reading, making the lowest percentage for spending time.
Same with boys, there are activities that are able to see in girls only, and they are netball (15%), dancing (27%) and gymnastic (11%). The percentage for reading is 21%, and it is higher than boys. The percentage for listening to music is 10%, and it is same between boys and girls.
