The pie graphs compare the proportion of carbohydrates, protein and fat in three different types of diet,namely, average diet, healthy diet, and healty diet for sport
Overall, carbohydrates are rather important to all three types of diet, followed by protein and fat.
Carbohydrates accounts for 60% of the healthy diet for sport, which is 10% higher than the figure for health diet and 20% higher than the proportion of the average diet. In contrast, an average diet needs 40% of protein, which is exactly same to the amount of carbohydrates in this category. Whilst a healthy diet contains 30% of protein, the number of which is 5% higher than the number for a healthy diet for sport.
It is evident that fat is the least essential to all three diets. The percentage for both the average diet and health diet is the same, at 20%. As shown, 5% fewer of fat are needed for a healthy diet for sport
