The two pictures show the area and decoration changing of the first floor in a particular library in the year 1995 and now. It seems this library become easier to find particular area and is cut off some parts with time goes by.
In 1995, when visitors entered the library by entrance in map’s bottom, they first saw three areas, study tables and chair, a small book display platform and an area which provide newspapers for people to read. They located in the central. However in nowadays the central area is occupied by the book display. Then in the left hand, visitors could find local reference books in 1995, and now it changes into area which hold new books. In 1995 the library has place where behind the local reference books area for people to use computers. But it had no internet access. But now the place is full of chairs and the computer area has occupied the place where provided reference books and maps in 1995. Also now the library can serve internet access toward its visitors. The librarian’s desk replaced by self-service desk and the only area that has no change is the photocopiers which visitors can see in the right hand of the entrance.
