Overall, the layout of the park significantly changes with a small number of existing facilities. Some additional features such as a concert and a cafe catering to entertainment.
Visitors can enter the park through the north and south entrances and now a new one is constructed from the underground parking lot. The fountain was in the heart of the park but was demolished now. The amphitheater for concerts replaced the stage for musicians while two Rose Gardens which were on the right rearranged to the middle of the park with surrounding seats.
The glasshouse was destructed, instead of the water feature. The Rose Garden and pond next to Arnold avenue were converted into a cafe and a children's play area.
