The plans below show a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today

The plans illustrate the differences of the same park but in two separated period of time.
It can be seen from the map that after refurbishment, the park is equipped with more facilities for recreation such as café shop and playground for children.
Apparently, the two ways for entering the park are not moved to anywhere else. Meanwhile, instead of three venues for planting roses as in the past, the park now has two places for plant that stands in the central area replacing the fountain and the other being situated to the northwest of current roses garden is fixed at which it was in 1920.
The glasshouse transferred it substitutes for a water feature after maintenance. The old park had five areas built for seats but now it has four and all of them gather around the central rose garden. The seats was next to glasshouse in the former park was removed and a water feature is constructed to replace. There is more entertainment on offer. Pond for water plant and the nearby rose garden disappeared due to the display of children’s play area and the coffee shop. Moreover, the old stage for performers was rebuilt and upgraded to become amphitheater for catering visitors.
