The plans below show a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The infographics depict a transformation of a public called Grange Park before and after the constructions of some facilities since 1920.

Overall, this public venue has become more developed with a range of new facilities, including a new café, a children playground, a water feature, and an amphitheatre.

To begin with, in the entire western part of the park, there have been some noticeable changes. Firstly, all seating areas have been removed. An amphitheatre was built in replacement of the stage. Furthermore, one of the rose gardens was removed. Lastly, the fountain in the central area was substituted by a square rose garden surrounded by seats on all sides.

Turning to the other part of the maps, the rose garden to the side of the upper entrance along with its adjacent pond was clear up. The space was then reutilised for the construction of a Café and a children’s recreational zone. In addition of the glasshouse was demolished in order to give space for the water feature while the seats next to the glass house have been replaced by the entrance leading to the underground parking lot. Apart from the abovementioned changes, both entrances facing Arnold and Eldon avenues have witnessed no changes.
