The maps illustrate the disparity of two types of student room at a particular university Australian.
Overall, the main distinction between two rooms includes the price, capacity and amenities with the feature of room for two occupants which is more spacious, expensive and equipped with more furniture than the single one.
In terms of the size and the price of these two rooms, the room is designed for dual occupancy, spanning 6m x 4m, and requires paying 350$ weekly for rent. Meanwhile, the remaining room cost 200$ per week with the smaller size of 6m x 2.5m.
Concerning the arrangement of the room, two types of room are equipped with the bathroom and a series of furniture comprising of stove, sink and microwave on the left and right side of the room. Only the two-person room is furnished with a dining set opposite the television and a bookshelf near the rest room. Adjacent to this set are two cupboards that split the room into two sections
