The given figure illustrates the process of preparing dough for baking a pizza.

From an overall perspective, it is highlighted that the recipe contains 4 main ingredients and 7 parts to create a dough, beginning with put all the ingredients in a bowl and ending with separate for 3 section whose weight 275 grams per each.

According to the picture, the chef need 4 cups or half of kilograms of flour, one and half cup or 325 grams of water. Next are 2 teaspoon salt and half of teaspoon dry active yeast which will dilate the dough in the waiting time. First of all, we need to put all of these materials in a bowl and mix for 2 minutes at the slow level of mixer machine. Moving to the third step, dough is continued to be mixed at the medium rate for the next 5 minutes and turn back to the low level for the last 2 minutes.

Moving to the fifth step, dough is taken out the mixer machine and sponged at the outside. Following that, after at least 2 hours, the flour mixture become double in its size. Subsequently, the worker knead and work the dough in order to ensure that there is no air bubbles in a dough. Finally, it is cut and separate for 3 equal pieces or 275 grams and will be use for make a pizzacrust later.
