The given diagram demonstrates the process of converting from corn to ethanol fuel. Overall, in order to supply ethanol fuel for consuming places, corn is required to experience an array of stages beyond proceeding to manufacture the fuel.
At the first step, the ingredient will be restocked before coming to following stage. After corn’s storing, upon entering the milling step, it is substantially grinding into powder and, then, cooking process, which is demanding in this progress, will occur during 4 hours. In this stage, water is the accompanied element and attributed to the success for the rest stages. Next, after cooking in the sufficient timing, the mixture will be fermented in merely 2 days. After that, when completing the fermentation step, it is thoroughly transformed into two types of products including the by-product existing in solid state and liquid utilized for the next process. For the following step, ethanol will be purified through using the liquid above, which will successively occur over 5 hours. After the purification, the terminal product will be repackaged for storing and, finally, transferring.
