The process of making soft cheese
The pictures detailed how to produce soft cheese.
There are 5 main steps in the method of creating soft cheese beginning with mixing pure water and milk and ending with cooling in a tank at 5 degree within 8 hours.
In the first stage, the workers will put water and milk together to get a novel mixture. Then, it will be cooled at 3 degree for 2 hour. After that, salt is added before it comes to fermentation process. In this stage, the salty mixture will be merged in a massive tank at 35 degree for 2 hours.
In the following stage, the salty mixture experience the evaporation where it is steamed at 100 degree during 8 hours to decline the liquid in the composite. As a result, the mixture after being heated in a cooling tank at 5 degree in 8 hours will go through two filters which generate soft cheese and warm water.
