According to the pie charts, we can say that the percentage of very satisfied visitors increased by 20% and reached 35% after refurbishment. Similarly, while observing the satisfied visitors declined from 10 to 5% after repairment. In addition, there was a strong decrement in the ratio of dissatisfied visitors by 25% and reached 15% after reconstruction .However, the rate of very dissatisfied visitors increased significantly by 10% from 30 to 40% after the renovation .Moreover, the percentage of no response visitors remained stable even after the repairment of the museum.
