The table gives information about the numbers of visitors in the specific era to Ashdown museum the year before and after it was repaired. Two pie graphs above demonstrate the satisfaction rate of individuals’ journey through their visit to Ashdown museum in the mentioned era which was collected from the results of one questionnaire.
Overall, it is completely obvious that the number of visitors rose after the place was refurbished. Also, it is true that although high proportion of visitors were unhappy with the place before the refurbishment, after that the amount of happy people increased noticeably.
According to the table, the museum gained more visitors during this change from 74000 to 92000. In figure one, year before refurbishment, the 40 proportion of people were unsatisfied which was the highest amount of visitors. 30% were satisfied with the place and only 15% allocated to group of individuals who were very satisfied.
In figure two, proportion of satisfied people rose gradually to 40% and visitors who claimed that they were very satisfied with the whole refurbishment had a sharp increase with almost 20 percent to 35 proportion of people. Finally, the amount of unhappy people dramatically declined to 15%.
